As we celebrate our 20th anniversary we find this to be a great opportunity to look back and reflect on how we got here. We are extremely grateful to have so many of the same customers, many who have become friends from our early days in 1999. Twenty years doesn’t sound like a lot, but in today’s fast paced market place with constant changes and disruptions, it is quite a feat. We are so fortunate to have assembled a team of dedicated professionals that are continuously striving to uphold IEC’s reputation as a well-organized corporation. Their “customer first” attitude and emphasis on quality is unsurpassed in our industry. We are immensely proud of what we have achieved together as a group and we continue to understand that our customer’s complete satisfaction is the most important measure of our success. As we look to the future, we are hopeful that we will continue to have the privilege of serving you.

The world went through a drastic unforeseen change due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Just like our customers worldwide as well as all local businesses struggling for work, IEC was looking to spend their time in a meaningful way. Our Team had been tasked with providing custom made protective products for the ICU and OR to battle the highly contagious virus. We provided such “boxes” to local hospitals free of charge to show our sincere appreciation and gratitude for all their amazing efforts.

It has been a long time since we visited MEDICA in Duesseldorf/Germany. This was the Year when we decided to exhibit independently in Hall 10 and the Experience could not have been any better. Phenomenal turnout, inspiring conversations, many familiar faces, and plenty of new potential customers. We thank you all for your kind words, compliments, and loyal support. It was also the International Introduction to the VerifyAi, manual and automated Micro Camera Inspection System for Endoscope Biopsy channels.
